Every creator on eZfan can now charge fans for real-time voice and video calls — billed per minute. This is the feature our community has been requesting most, and we've spent six months building it the right way.

How It Works

From your Studio dashboard, navigate to Calls → Settings. Set your per-minute rate in USD (minimum $0.50/min), define your available windows using the booking calendar, and publish. Fans can instantly book a session that fits both schedules.

  1. 1.Go to Studio → Calls → Settings
  2. 2.Set your per-minute rate
  3. 3.Open availability windows on the calendar
  4. 4.Share your booking link or let fans find you via your profile
  5. 5.Accept the call when the session starts — the meter runs automatically

Billing and Payouts

Fans pre-authorise their payment before a call begins. The timer starts the moment both parties connect and stops when either party ends the call. You keep 80% of every minute. Payouts process with your regular weekly withdrawal to your bank or crypto wallet.

Set a minimum session length to avoid 1-minute calls. Most creators set a 10-minute minimum to ensure every call is worth their time.

Voice vs. Video

You can offer voice-only calls, video calls, or both. Voice calls tend to convert better for coaching, therapy-adjacent, and consultation use cases. Video calls convert better for fitness, beauty, teaching, and entertainment. We recommend testing both and reviewing your Studio analytics to see which format your fans prefer.

Setting Your Rate

As a starting point: coaching and consulting creators typically set $2–$5/min, entertainment and companionship creators set $1–$3/min, and specialist experts in high-demand niches set $5–$15/min. Review and adjust every 30 days based on booking fill rate.
