This Privacy Policy explains how eZfan ("eZfan", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Age-verification data: your declared date of birth and verification timestamp (for logged-in users this may be stored on your account; for guests this is stored in a signed browser cookie and not linked to a personal account profile);

  • Payment information: billing address, payout method details (processed via our payment partners);
  • Content you post, upload, or transmit, including photos, videos, messages, and live streams;
  • Communications with our support team.

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time and date of access;
  • Usage data: features used, content viewed, search queries, click patterns;
  • Device data: operating system, hardware model, unique device identifiers;

Information From Third Parties

  • If you log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple), we receive basic profile information from that service;
  • Payment processors may share transaction confirmation data with us;

Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

Age-verification account records (declared date of birth and verification timestamp) are retained while your account is active and removed during account deletion, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Guest age-verification cookies expire automatically after 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including:

  • End-to-end encryption for private messages and calls;
  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit;
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data stores;
  • Access controls and audit logging for internal data access;
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work diligently to protect your information.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

For unauthenticated visitors who pass the age gate, we set an age_verified HTTP-only cookie signed by our server. This cookie is used only to remember age-gate status, expires after 30 days, is not used for advertising, and does not contain direct personal profile identifiers.

8. International Data Transfers

eZfan operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data in cross-border transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

Where applicable, age-verification data is included in account export requests and is deleted when account deletion is completed, subject to legal requirements.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
