These Community Guidelines exist to protect creators, fans, and the integrity of the eZfan platform. By using eZfan you agree to follow these guidelines at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination — depending on severity.
These guidelines apply to all content you post, messages you send, calls you make, and actions you take on eZfan. They supplement our full Terms of Service and Safety Center.
1. Respect & Dignity
Every person on eZfan deserves to be treated with basic respect. We do not allow:
- Harassment or bullying — Repeated unwanted contact, targeted mockery, or pressure campaigns against any individual;
- Hate speech — Content that dehumanizes, threatens, or incites discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, caste, or other protected characteristics;
- Threats or incitement — Any content that threatens violence or encourages others to commit violence against a specific person or group;
- Doxxing — Exposing or threatening to expose someone's private real-world information (address, workplace, phone number) without their consent.
2. No Illegal Content
eZfan cannot be used for illegal purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Sharing, promoting, or facilitating access to illegal content of any kind;
- Soliciting or offering illegal services;
- Promoting, glorifying, or inciting terrorism, genocide, or mass violence;
- Circumventing legal age-verification requirements;
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or financial crimes.
3. Adult Content Rules
eZfan permits adult creators to monetize certain content categories for verified adult audiences, subject to strict rules:
- Consent is mandatory: All parties depicted in any intimate content must be of legal age and must have given explicit, verifiable consent to be featured. You must retain proof of consent;
- No minors: content that depicts, simulates, or sexualizes minors in any form is a zero-tolerance violation. This includes fictional or animated depictions. We report all CSAM to NCMEC and law enforcement automatically;
- No non-consensual imagery (NCI): Sharing or threatening to share intimate images of a real person without their consent is prohibited and potentially criminal;
- Age verification for viewers: Access to adult-designated content requires confirming you are at least 18 through our age gate. Providing false date-of-birth information to bypass this gate violates these Guidelines and our Terms of Service;
- Labelling: Creators publishing adult content must correctly mark both their profile as an Adult Creator and each individual adult post with the 18+ indicator so age controls can be enforced consistently;
- Per-post tagging: In addition to profile-level status, every adult or erotic upload must be labeled at upload time. Repeated failure to tag adult content may result in automatic removal and account enforcement actions;
- Prohibited adult content: Content depicting or simulating acts of violence in a sexual context, necrophilia, bestiality, or any other extreme acts is prohibited regardless of claimed consent.
4. Authenticity & Identity
We require users to be who they say they are. The following are prohibited:
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another real person — a celebrity, creator, or private individual — in a way that misleads others;
- Fake profiles: Creating profiles designed to deceive fans into paying for fake access to a specific person;
- Multiple ban-evading accounts: Creating new accounts after being suspended;
- Misleading metadata: Using deceptive titles, thumbnails, or descriptions to mislead users about the content they will receive.
Persona-based accounts are permitted (e.g., a creator who uses a stage name) as long as the content itself is authentic and the creator does not falsely claim to be a specific other real person.
5. Spam, Scams & Off-Platform Soliciting
eZfan is built for real human connection — not for spam or exploitation. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or follow-up messages after being asked to stop;
- Running phishing attempts, financial scams, or pyramid schemes;
- Directing users to purchase content, subscriptions, or services off-platform to avoid eZfan's protections;
- Promising content or interactions you cannot deliver in exchange for payment;
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior designed to manipulate rankings, reviews, or discovery.
6. Intellectual Property
You must have the rights to any content you post. Prohibited actions include:
- Posting, distributing, or selling content you do not own or have a licence for;
- Using copyrighted music, images, or video without authorisation;
- Reproducing another creator's content without permission and attempting to profit from it.
If your content is removed due to a copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notice if you believe the claim was made in error. Contact [email protected].
7. Violence & Harmful Content
The following types of content are not permitted on eZfan:
- Graphic video or images of real-world violence, gore, or death without a clear editorial or news justification;
- Content that glorifies, celebrates, or instructs on acts of self-harm or suicide (content that educates about these topics in a supportive way may be permitted with appropriate context);
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful substances;
- Content promoting dangerous challenges or activities likely to result in serious physical harm.
8. Creator Responsibilities
As a creator, you take on additional responsibilities:
- Accurately describe the content and tiers you offer so fans know what they are subscribing to;
- Deliver promised content within communicated timelines. Repeatedly failing to fulfil subscription commitments may lead to payout holds or account review;
- Maintain compliance with all applicable local laws, including tax obligations on your earnings;
- Keep your identity verification documents current;
- Protect any personal data shared with you by your fans — do not sell, share, or misuse it.
9. Enforcement
eZfan enforces these guidelines with a proportionate approach:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a formal warning and remove the offending content;
- Content removal: Policy-violating content is removed, typically without notice;
- Temporary suspension: Accounts demonstrating repeated or escalating violations may be temporarily suspended pending review;
- Permanent ban: Severe violations — including CSAM, NCI, violent threats, and fraud — result in immediate and permanent account termination with no appeal;
- Reporting to authorities: Where legally required or where the safety of individuals is at risk, we report violations to law enforcement.

10. Changes to These Guidelines
As eZfan evolves, so do our guidelines. We will notify you of significant changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
