eZfan takes a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, exploitation, and non-consensual content. Our dedicated Trust & Safety team operates around the clock, supported by AI-powered scanning, human moderation, identity verification, and proactive behavioral analysis.
Sharing intimate images or recordings without explicit consent is a serious violation and potentially a criminal offence. Upon a verified report: content is immediately removed, the account is permanently suspended, law enforcement is notified where required, and the content is hashed to prevent re-upload. Email [email protected] with subject "NCI Report" for priority handling.
eZfan has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). All content is scanned against NCMEC PhotoDNA. Detected CSAM is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC as required by US law. Accounts involved are permanently terminated and referred to law enforcement.
We collect only what's necessary to operate the platform. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can request a full export or deletion of your account data at any time via Settings → Privacy → Data Export.
