What eZfan does
A creator must complete identity verification before they can go live or withdraw earnings.
Reports go to eZfan's admin team, who can remove content and ban accounts that break the Community Guidelines.
The person you report is not told who reported them. Reports go to eZfan's admin team.
From a profile
Open the person's profile and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits, including "Underage user".
By email
[email protected] — include the username, and screenshots if it is safe to capture them.
Stops a person from messaging or calling you, and you are not matched with them in random chat.
Either side can leave a random chat or end a call at any time.
eZfan is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation of minors are prohibited, and accounts involved are permanently banned. If you see it, report the account and email [email protected]. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police. You can also report CSAM directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or the Internet Watch Foundation (report.iwf.org.uk).
Sharing intimate images or recordings without the explicit consent of the person shown is prohibited and may be a crime. Report the account from its profile, or email [email protected] with the subject "NCI Report". Content that breaks this rule is removed and the account is banned.
