Safe deposit steps
- Choose asset and network in Wallet -> Deposit.
- Copy address and verify it twice.
- Send a small test transfer first when possible.
- Wait for confirmations and monitor status in history.
If deposit is not credited
- Locate your transaction hash (TXID).
- Confirm transfer on the network explorer.
- Check that network and destination address exactly match.
- Contact support with TXID if still not reflected after expected time.
Sending on the wrong network or wrong address can be irreversible.
